Instructor you will experience the fascination of the underwater world in a safe and relaxed environment.

In the DSD course you will be familiarized with the basic diving skills, both theoretically and practically. You will complete an introductory dive during which you will learn the most important techniques and gain your first underwater experience.

The course includes a pool or shallow water dive and a dive in a natural body of water to experience the underwater environment up close.

The DSD course is suitable for everyone, whether fat, thin, young or old and is ideal for finding out whether diving will become your new passion.

In the DSD course, you can gain your first underwater experience and discover the diversity of the underwater world. The program allows you to learn the basics of diving and take your first steps in a relaxed atmosphere.

During the two dives in the sea, with a bit of luck, you can see everything the coral reefs of the Caribbean have to offer. From turtles, rays and moray eels to lots of colorful fish, everything is possible!

We meet in the morning at our diving centre in Playa del Carmen.

First, everything you need to know about diving equipment and diving in general will be explained to you. You will then have the opportunity to try out underwater breathing in the pool with your instructor. As soon as you have mastered this, you will do various underwater exercises to help you feel safe underwater.

As soon as you feel ready, we drive to the beach and board our dive boat, which is only a few minutes away from the reefs. Under the direct supervision of the instructor, you will experience two unforgettable dives on the most spectacular reefs of Playa del Carmen (max. depth 11m).

After the dives we return to the dive center, where we end the day in a relaxed atmosphere.
